Lander man facing charges of methamphetamine, heroin, and oxycodone delivery

23-year-old Lander man Keith Worley is facing three different counts of conspiracy to deliver narcotics.

The Division of Criminal Investigation issued an arrest warrant and began investigating Worley after they believed he had been involved in selling drugs in early 2018.

DCI reviewed several text messages and interviewed Worley about distributing methamphetamine, heroin, and oxycodone throughout 2018 and in early 2019.

Court documents show that DCI believed Worley had been purchasing the drugs from a dealer in Fort Collins, Colorado and then transporting them to Fremont County to sell.

Conspiracy to deliver heroin, conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine, and conspiracy to deliver oxycodone are each a felony. They are each punishable by up to 20 years of imprisonment and fines of up to $25,000.

On May 1st, Worley waived his preliminary hearing. The matter transfers to District Court for further proceedings and arraignment at a later date.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
