(Lander, WY) – It was a beautiful day to get “Freezin’ for a Reason” with Lander Special Olympics. Just after 1 pm today, folks were taking the chilly plunge in the Palace Pharmacy parking lot for the annual Special Olympics Jackalope Jump Fundraiser.
After a year of hiatus due to the pandemic, participants brought in a total of $4,481.91.
Winners from the competition are as follows:
Marty Brammer raised the most individual money – $1,385
Lander CES had the largest group.
Jesse Foutz is the athlete who raised the most money – $596
Lander Rotary raised the most money as a group – $1750
Marty Brammer had the best costume – Leprechaun Jackalope
