Leonard Yost was recognized for his over 38 years of volunteer service to the community of Lander Tuesday night at the Lander City Council meeting.
Mayor Monte Richardson explained to those in attendance that Leonard was a founding member of the Lander Housing Authority and has spent each year making sure that Pushroot Village had, “affordable housing to seniors, low-income residents, and disabled citizens.”
Yost received a plaque and a standing ovation from the City Council, Mayor, and audience.
