(Lander, WY) – As County 10 previously reported, the city of Lander is trying to purchase new park lands in the Popo Agie Park.
The majority vote at the time the grant was proposed was in favor of this endeavor, and it was approved by the City Council.
Donations will be accepted through July 10th by mail or online, through the Lander Community Foundation Challenge for Charities.
Donations up to the first $10,000 will be matched by the community Foundation, which means for every dollar you donate the city could receive $1.50 or more.
