(Lander, WY) – At last night’s Lander City Council meeting, “Resolution 1233 – Adopting an alternative City of Lander Logo” was passed in a 5 to 2 vote, and the City now has an alternative/secondary logo.
The logo was designed by Lander local, Street Department employee, tattoo artist, and veteran Bruce Dempster.
The City shared the following message in regards to the decision:
“In keeping with Lander‘s vision of “Honoring traditions – Building for the future” City Council has adopted a secondary logo. This logo was drawn by our very own Bruce Dempster, employee with the Street department. While you may start seeing this logo on signs around town, the traditional City logo will still be used for official documents.”
