Riverton will have one new City Council member after the 2018 General Election.
Unofficial results have been tallied and Karla Borders knocked off incumbent Lance Goede by a tally of 518 votes to 478 votes.
Meanwhile, in a tight race, Kyle Larson will remain on the City Council after defeating challenger Cory Rota by a total of 386-350 votes.
Mike Bailey will also remain on City Council as he was running unopposed. Bailey gathered a total of 1,078 votes compared to 17 write-in votes.
