Below is the Fremont County Commissioners’ May 19th meeting news recap:

1. RESOLUTION NO. 2020-11 WAS APPROVED TO SUPPORT THE FREMONT COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY’S EFFORTS TO APPLY TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE AND FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION FOR A FLY-BY TO COVER THE COUNTY ON JULY 4, 2020.

2. THE COMMISSIONERS APPROVED ELECTION JUDGES WAGES PURSUANT TO W.S. 22-8-116, AS FOLLOWS: $165 PER ELECTION FOR HEAD JUDGE; $140 PER ELECTION FOR OTHER JUDGES; $60 PER ELECTION COVID-19 HAZARDOUS PAY; $10 PER HOUR FOR EARLY VOTING/ABSENTEE JUDGES; $.45 PER MILE AFTER 5 MILES; AND $25 FOR ATTENDANCE TO ONE JUDGES’ SCHOOL.

3. THE COMMISSIONERS APPROVED A WELLNESS COORDINATOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN FREMONT COUNTY AND PENNY FAHEY AND A BUSINESS ASSOCIATES CONTRACT BETWEEN PENNY FAHEY, WELLNESS COORDINATOR, AND FREMONT COUNTY, FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021.

4. THE STANDARD AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH DOWL HKM WAS APPROVED ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS FOR COMPLETION OF THE LYSITE-MONETA ROAD SHOULDER WIDENING PROJECT.
