Jackson Police Department searching for bank robbery suspect [Photos]

    Jackson Police Department officers announced Monday morning they are searching for a suspect accused of robbing the Bank of Jackson Hole, which is on West Broadway.

    The robbery suspect walked into the bank, handed a teller a note demanding money, then walked away with an undisclosed amount of cash. According to Buckrail, this is the first bank robbery in Jackson since 2012.

    The Jackson Police Department issued the following statement Monday morning:

    On February 4, 2019 at about 9:45 AM, a male subject walked into the Bank of Jackson Hole and produced a note demanding money. The subject is described as a white, male, approximately 6 feet tall, wearing a black beanie and dark coat, (See attached photos).
