    Inebriated driver arrested after hitting man with car during altercation

    All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

    (Riverton, WY) – On Tuesday, July 27th, Riverton Police received a call about “a car that almost ran someone over,” and reports that a resident’s trailer house had been sideswiped.

    According to the Riverton Police Department (RPD) arrest report, Riverton man Craig Tillman, 32, was allegedly, “”drifting” his vehicle on the road, when a male confronted him about it.”

    The two men then reportedly got into a verbal argument, when Tillman “backed away, striking a residence, pulled forward, striking the male, and driving away.”

    The male victim suffered minor injuries, and reportedly needed no medical treatment.

    Tillman was later found and arrested for DUI, aggravated assault, interference, property destruction, and a Fremont County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) warrant.

    All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
