    Increase in active COVID-19 cases locally, says Fremont County Incident Management Team

    Below is the Fremont County Incident Management Team’s weekly Fremont County COVID-19 update based on data from the Wyoming Public Health Department.

    It does represent an increase in active cases over the last four weeks. Public Health encourages everyone to use all the precautions recommended like social distancing of 6 feet, proper sanitation and handwashing, and the wearing of masks.

    Fremont County:

    • Total Positive Tests: 380
    • Total Recovered: 346
    • 24 new positive tests within the last two weeks
    • Deaths: 10
    • Current Hospitalizations due to COVID-19: 2

    Percentage of positives to total tests last two weeks = 2.45% (up from 1.9% prior 2 weeks).
