    June 6,1935 – September 14,2021   Age 86
    Verna was born June 6,1935 to George and Isabelle Dickman in Elmcreek Nebraska. The family moved to Kinnear, Wyoming in 1940. Verna attended Morton School all twelve years, and one year at University of Wyoming.

    Verna met Martin Larsen at the Lutheran Church activity thru her sister, Shirley. Verna and Martin married April 21,1957 in Kinnear at Mount Hope Lutheran Church. They bought a Dairy Farm from Martin’s Parents, and started a family also.  They had six children.  Four children graduated from Shoshoni School, and two from Riverton School.  They sold the Dairy Farm in 1981, and moved to Riverton.  In 1998, they moved to New Mexico.  Martin died in 2005, and Verna moved to Casper in 2006, and passed away in Casper.

    Verna enjoyed her family activities, when possible.  Verna enjoyed her church family, and singing with the Meadowlarks group.


    Verna is survived by her children, Dwayne (Jane), Gale (Hope), Darlene, Connie (Dale) Miller,
    Gene (Heidi), and Allen (Katrina).  Verna has twenty Grandchildren, thirty six Great
    Grandchildren, and four Great Great Grandchildren.  Verna is survived by all her siblings, Robert “Bob” Dickman, Sally Villers, Jerry “Jack “ Dickman, Mike (Sorena) Dickman, Shirley Dickman, Larry “Jim” (Kathy) Dickman, and Gary (Ruth) Dickman. Verna was preceded in death by her parents, George and Isabelle Dickman, and her husband Martin of forty eight years married.


    In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mount Hope Lutheran School.
    Services will be held October 2nd at 10:30am at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1240 South Missouri

    Casper, WY, 82609.  Reception and Luncheon following Service.  Grave Sight Memorial will be October 3,2021 in Riverton at Mountain View Cemetery at 3:00pm.
