Uinta County authorities responded Saturday to a head-on collision just east of Evanston on Interstate 80.
Uinta County Fire and Ambulance reported that a wrong-way interstate driver caused the crash.
3 people were transported to Evanston Regional Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. 4 others were treated and released at the scene.
The Wyoming Highway Patrol arrested one person and is investigating the crash.
