(Hudson, WY) – It was a busy Saturday in Hudson for the 9th annual Hudson Daze as well as the 1st annual Dad Olympics. Gold Star Memorial Park, Svilars’ parking lot, and Svilars’ Park were buzzing with locals and visitors from 10 am to 3 pm.
A variety of vendors had their goods for sale throughout the day with items ranging from guitars to wind chimes.
Kiddos enjoyed playing games and jumping around in the bouncy house.
Local band, The Dystopians, provided some sweet tunes while folks browsed the vendors.
After finishing up in the Gold Star Memorial Park, folks could head over to Svilars’ parking lot to check out some sweet rides in the car show.
Five car show entries were selected as winners this year. Coming in 1st was Steve Reed and 2nd Donnie Ellis. There was a tie for 3rd between Ken Kuhn and Wanda Adams and People’s Choice went to Robert Dighton.
County 10 hosted the 1st annual Dad Olympics which was sponsored by Bailey’s 2 Rent It All, Porters Supply Company, Stotz Equipment and Rocky Mountain Discount Sports.

Dean Corson crushed the obstacle course in one minute and twelve seconds. The course included things like riding a lawnmower, changing a diaper, tying a tie, and more. He won a DeWalt tool package worth $950. 🎉
