Hot Springs County heats up this weekend
Are you ready for the 3rd Annual Big Horn Basin Folk Festival, because we sure are. Make sure you come to Hot Springs State Park this weekend (August 5th – 6th) for a fun Wyoming get together.
Wyoming artists, craftsmen, musicians, storytellers, artisans, and guild members at the event showcases just how great the inhabitants of the square state are. The newest feature to the festival is the Wyoming Folk Masters Tent, showcasing those who are dedicated to passing on their traditional skills to others.
With Gift of the Waters Pageant Days this weekend as well you will be able to attend the parade at 10 a.m. Saturday, the Shoshone Dancers at the Flagpole at 11 a.m. and then catch the main performance showcasing how the Hot Springs were given to the state by the Native Americasn from 6 to 7 p.m. around the Big Spring Saturday and Sunday.
The events this weekend will give you insight into the arts, cultures, and offerings the square state has to offer. Come to Hot Springs County and don’t miss out on all the fun!
