Fire crews were paged to Wind River Dialysis at 11 Shipton Lane in Fort Washakie at approximately 10:00 am for a reported structure fire. Fort Washakie Fire Department shared on the scene a heater caught on fire.
Patients and staff inside the building were all evacuated to the parking lot. No injuries have been reported. Scanner traffic has indicated they are able to go back into the building.
