All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
(Pavillion, WY) – Bennilee Strock, 39, was arrested for murder in the 2nd degree after a fatal stabbing in Pavillion on the evening of December 24th. This charge is a felony, punishable by imprisonment of no less than 20 years.
Strock is being held at the Fremont County Detention Center on a $500,000 cash bond and has a preliminary hearing currently scheduled for January 4th, 2021.
According to the affidavit, Strock and the victim, identified as her husband 41-year-old Jeffrey Strock, reportedly had an argument before they arrived at their home that evening.
In her interview with a detective, she allegedly shared after arriving at their home, “she retrieved a knife from the kitchen area of the home, walked to the bedroom and stabbed Jeffrey Strock in the chest.”
