#HeadsUp: Water system upgrades will impact southwest Lander area

This #headsup is brought to you by Bailey’s Tire and Auto Service.

The City of Lander shared the following announcement today, February 25th:

REDUCED WATER PRESSURES FEBRUARY 27th TO MARCH 6TH.

The City of Lander is making upgrades to our high-pressure transmission system for the next 7-10 days that will affect multiple water zones in the Southwest part of town.

The City will make a significant transmission line shutdown on Thursday morning the 27th. After an hour or two of no water, service will be resumed, but at low pressure.

The waterline construction will be on Sinks Canyon Road and will create low water pressure for customers all the way to the top of Harmony Hill. We are going to have to put customers in the area on a lower pressure until the end of next week.

Thank you for your patience as we make these waterline upgrades.
