#HeadsUp: Warmer weather means Sinks Canyon overflow channel is running again

Increased temperatures are melting the snowpack quicker, thus, the Sinks Canyon/Popo Agie River water level is rising again.

Sinks Canyon State Park officials put out notice this afternoon that the overflow channels are running again.


Areas prone to flooding, in the Lander and Hudson areas specifically, should be on high alert throughout the weekend.
