The National Weather Service office in Riverton has issued a red flag warning throughout the evening today. Gusty winds, low humidities, and dry conditions are creating critical fire danger.
Temperatures in Riverton and Lander throughout the week are expected to reach the mid 80’s with partly cloudy conditions. Dubois high-temps will stay in the 70’s.
Citizens are urged to be extremely cautious while camping, with cigarettes, controlled burns, or any other activity that could start a fire.
