Schell stated that the proper authorities are aware of the activity and addressing concerns/sightings accordingly.

Schell also commented that mountain lion activity is very common along rivers where deer roam, and that the most common times for mountain lions to be on the prowl are dawn, dusk, and at night.

Schell also advised that bear spray can be used as a defense for anyone looking for some form of protection.
