If you have an appetite for homemade, from-scratch dishes, the Middle Fork Dinner Menu is right up your alley. Chef Jenna Ackerman stays true to her “local-first” philosophy by featuring local beef by Lost Wells Cattle Co. and Wyoming Custom Meats, as well as using locally grown vegetables whenever possible. Even the coffee is roasted here in Wyoming.
