Halloween is upon us again and there will be plenty to see and do around Fremont County this year!
Here’s a quick rundown of events we know of happening so far. If you know of one we didn’t get to, please e-mail details to [email protected] and we’ll add it to the list.
All events listed below are on October 31st, with the exception of Fort Washakie’s Morning Star Care Center trunk-or-treat, which is noted that the event is Tuesday, October 30th.
Riverton:
The Stock Doc Costume Contest 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. – 3700 Riverview Road – Show off your costumes (pets and adults) prizes, candy, snacks, and fun
City Hall Open House 3:30 p.m. -5:00 p.m. – Show off your costume and do some trick-or-treating
Dominos Trick-Or-Treat room – 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Dominos party room transforms into the “haunted room.”
Community Fall Festival – 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at Eagle’s Hope (720 W. Main) Carnival games, candy – Chili dinner and devotion to follow 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Neighborhood Alliance Church – 4440 Riverview Road
United Baptist Church Trunk or Treat 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. 1201 East Pershing Ave – Hot dogs, soda, candy
Trick-Or-Treat Main Street – Downtown Riverton 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Lander:
City of Lander’s Trunk or Treat – 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at 120 Valley View Dr. (Parking lot) Free hot dogs, chili, cider, and candy
Fort Washakie:
Morning Star Care Center Trunk or Treat – *October 30th* 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – If your trunk is decorated, they’ll provide the candy.
Early Intervention Program Trunk O’Treat – 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. 9 Shipton Lane
Shoshone Rose Casino Halloween Party – 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Face painting, games, candy, and more
Shoshone Entertainment Committee Masquerade Dance – 7:00 p.m. Rocky Mountain Hall. Spooky dance contest, musical chairs, potato dance, cake walks, and more.
Dubois:
Halloween Carnival – 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Dubois K-12 auxiliary gymnasium – Games, treats, and apple cider
