Celebrate the beautiful weather and visit the Saturday Farmers Market this weekend

Thank you to Wyoming Community Bank for sponsoring this content.

Fremont County Master Gardeners Farmers Market is held every Saturday morning from 9-11 at the Fremont County Fairgrounds in the Little Wind building.

Every Saturday there are a variety of vendors selling different items all ranging from local produce to fresh baked goods to locally crafted items. Let’s all support LOCAL!

You can find locally grown produce (in season), dairy products (both cow and goat), fermented products including sauerkraut and Keifer, local honey, canned goods- jams, jellies, salsa, pickles, relish, and more, baked goods (pies, cinnamon rolls, cookies, cakes, and bread) as well as homemade tamales. The list continues to grow each week, and there is always something different!

The vendor of the week is Rita Mayfield with MR Originals. She makes unique metal yard art. She works out of her home and can guarantee that the harsh WY weather can not harm her flowers! Her yard art is made from all metal so that you are able to enjoy them all year long. They are anywhere from 12 inches to 5 ft tall. She does shadow art as well! If you miss her at the market, you can reach Rita at 307-840-5383 or email [email protected]. Also find her on Facebook MR Originals Metal Yard Art.

“Come on down to the Saturday Farmers Market 9-11 down at the Fairgrounds and say HI to Rita!”

The Market is the place to be on a Saturday morning! Round up the family and head on over to the Fremont County Fairgrounds. It’s a great way to start the weekend. You never know what you might find at the Saturday Market.
