Gardens are getting ripe with more and more fresh, flavor-packed produce available each week!

A big thank you to our sponsor Wyoming Community Bank for bringing you this content on County 10.

The Wednesday Market at Riverton City  Park between 5 and 7 pm is where to find it!  Shop for all varieties of tender leaf lettuces, cucumbers, baby carrots, asparagus from Son Harvest Farms, broccoli, kale and radishes, and more.

Jon is back with a nice selection of Wisconsin cheeses and fresh from his maple tree stand, true Wisconsin maple syrup.

Numerous producers have preserved foods, including a wide variety of pickles, relish, jams and jellies, salsa, and bbq sauces. Our home bakers are producing pies, cakes, and fresh cookies, along with white yeast bread, scones, brownies, fruit bread, and other delectable treats.

Of course, our two dairies are providing fresh cow’s milk and fresh goat milk each week.  You will find associated products like cheeses, butter, fresh cream, kefir, and sour cream, as well as goat milk soaps and hand cream.

There are eggs galore, along with local grass-fed/grass-finished beef from Lost Wells Cattle Co. and local pork from Gold Standard Dairy.  Don’t forget great Wyoming honey.

Be sure to plan supper at the market on picnic tables in the park.  You can purchase hot, ready-to-eat fresh tamales, or something from 307 Buckin’ BBQ.  Top it off with fresh ice cream from the English Muffin Bakery, or fresh cookies from a variety of home bakers.
