Friendly faces make you feel right at home

Amy Hitshew and the Staff at Orthopaedics of Steamboat Springs will greet you with a warm smile and a helpful hand from the moment you walk in. “We are committed to providing you with the best Orthopaedic care,” said Amy Hitshew of her staff. “We will be with you every step of the way.”

Stepping into the office, the first friendly face you’ll meet is Rylie Perry (pictured center). Rylie has been with Orthopaedics of Steamboat Springs since they opened. “We adore Rylie! She is loved by everyone who meets her,” said Amy. “As our Office Manager/Receptionist, she keeps things running smoothly on a day to day basis.”

Next up in your journey, you’ll likely be working with Amber Englert (pictured left), the newest member to their team. If surgery is needed, Amber will walk you through the process of setting up your surgery. She will keep you well informed of the process, and answer any questions or concerns you have about the surgery. “Amber has a way of putting your mind at ease,” Amy continued.

Along the way, you’ll likely have questions about insurance and billing. Jessie Rognon (right) is the Certified Professional Coder and Billing Associate. “She’ll be a huge resource to you.” Jessie is located at the Lander office and is always available to discuss any questions or concerns you might have.

Amy Hitshew, PA-C is also highly involved in the process. Pre-op and post-op, Amy is a servant to her patients.

“It’s not out of the ordinary for Amy to give out her direct number,” said Rylie of her boss. “When nerves are rattled, I think patients are comforted to know they can get ahold of her.”

Amy Hitshew and her staff work diligently to make sure your appointment and experience at Orthopaedics of Steamboat Springs is as seamless as possible.

“As for the incredible Orthopaedic Surgeons we have on staff, I can’t say enough great things about them!” exclaimed Amy. “Each one of them brings a unique specialty. I want people to know how lucky we are to have these professionals working right here in Fremont County!”
