Classic cars and motorcycles will again decorate Riverton’s avenues this weekend, as part of the Riverton Rendezvous events.
Festivities for the Rocky Mountain Rebels Car Show and Autocross weekend kicks off again with the “Friday Night Cruise.” Appropriately, the cruise is, Friday, July 20th.
The event begins with a parade, then cars and motorcycles will line up on Main Street for patrons to get a closer look.
The 2018 parade will take a different route than year’s past, because of the North Federal construction project. The parade begins at 6:00 p.m. at Central Wyoming College and continues east down Main Street. The parade will not be on Federal this year.
The Friday Night Cruise also features a burnout contest, live music, food vendors, and much more in downtown Riverton.
The 26th annual Rocky Mountain Car & Bike Show will be Saturday the 21st from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on the Central Wyoming College south lawn. The show also features an autocross competition and swap meet.
