All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) responded to a weapon offense on Escarpment Road on Sunday, December 12th, around 8:20 PM.
According to the December 13th FCSO arrest release, the reporting party stated that someone had “shot the side of their truck.”
“Joseph Moore was arrested for Reckless Endangerment and Property Destruction for allegedly shooting the tire of a vehicle while people were nearby,” the report goes on to state.
The case is currently under investigation.
At this time it is unknown if the vehicle was moving when the shots were fired, but County 10 will provide updates as they become available.
