Fremont County’s hazy conditions caused by Canadian wildfires

Fremont County, and pretty much the entire Rocky Mountain region, will experience some hazy conditions over the next few days due to wildfire smoke from Canada.

Large wildfires are burning in Alberta and on Wednesday major fire growth was recorded.

Areas in Montana and North Dakota are affected the most currently, but smoke is expected to continue moving south to as far as Arkansas over the weekend.

County 10 saw a trace of smoke move in and settle Thursday afternoon and the haze is expected to increase throughout the next few days.
