The Research & Planning section of the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services reported today, November 24th, that Fremont County’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate fell from 5.7% in September to 5.3% in October.
Overall, the state’s unemployment rate decreased from 6.1% in September to 5.5% in October. Wyoming’s unemployment rate is much lower than the U.S. unemployment rate of 6.9%.
