Fremont County man pled ‘not guilty’ to sexual exploitation of children felony charges

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

(Riverton, WY) – Fremont County man Tyler Holford, 33, who faces six sexual exploitation of children felony charges, pled not guilty to all counts at his September 23rd arraignment hearing.

Holford faces these charges after the Wyoming Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) received a cybertip back in January, where authorities reportedly then discovered numerous pornographic videos and photos of underage children on Holford’s phone, home computer and a digital Dropbox account associated with his name.
