Fremont County General Election absentee ballots may have wrong return date

Fremont County Clerk Julie Freese sent out an announcement today, September 29th, that the Election Office has sent out some General Election absentee ballots that have a return date for the Primary Election.

“We apologize that voters may have received these instructions in error,” Freese said. “Please note that the information is exactly the same as the Primary EXCEPT that the date that your ballot must be back in the Election Office is November 3, 2020 (General Election Day) rather than the August date.”

If you have any questions or concerns, Freese encourages you to contact their office immediately so that they may assist you; call (307) 332-1088 or (307) 332-1089.
