Fremont County entrepreneur buys historic Dubois building

(Dubois, WY) – The Ramshorn Inn building that sits at the corner of E. Ramshorn and N. 1st Street has worn many hats over the years and is getting another one.

Dubois resident and entrepreneur Jason Kintzler saw the building’s potential and not wanting to see it town down, decided to purchase it.

Two years ago, Jason founded the wearable technology company Lifekey, and in June, his wife Jasmine opened the retail store Dubois Provisions. They share a storefront located at 120 E Ramshorn.

His current plan for the Ramshorn Inn is to build on the Dubois Provisions model.

“Shop, eat, work, stay,” he explained.

Renovating spaces is something that Jason enjoys doing and is excited for the challenge that comes with keeping the “old west” feel with this building.

He plans to have multiple phases of completion and expects phase one to open in the spring.
