Fremont County Commissioners’ Office shares the following:

A FUEL SUPPLY CONTRACT BETWEEN FREMONT COUNTY GOVERNMENT, THE FREMONT COUNTY SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT AND BAILEY ENTERPRISES, INC. / BAILEY OIL COMPANY WAS APPROVED FOR FY 2019-2020 WITH A ONE YEAR EXTENSION AVAILABLE.

A VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA NORTHERN ROCKIES OFFICE OF JUVENILE JUSTICE AND DELINQUENCY PREVENTION DRAW DOWN REQUEST WAS APPROVED.

AN AMBULANCE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN FREMONT COUNTY, WYOMING AND AMERICAN MEDICAL RESPONSE AMBULANCE SERVICE, INC. WAS APPROVED.

THE BOARD ACCEPTED BIDS WITH FUNDING THROUGH THE FY 2019-2020 CAPITAL REVOLVING LOAN FUND:

  1. COUNTY CLERK ONLINE TIMEKEEPING SYSTEM FROM TYLER TECHNOLOGIES IN THE AMOUNT OF $18,720
  2. COUNTY CORONER PICKUP FROM LARRY H. MILLER SUPER FORD IN THE AMOUNT OF $33,334.39
  3. TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT BOBCAT COMPACT EXCAVATOR FROM BOBCAT OF THE BIG HORN BASIN, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $79,582.03
  4. TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT 12M3 MOTOR GRADER FROM WYOMING MACHINERY COMPANY (CAT) IN THE AMOUNT OF $274,999.40
  5. VEHICLE MAINTENANCE 30,000 LB. 4 POINT HOIST FROM SUPERIOR INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY IN THE AMOUNT OF $44,141.46

WORK ORDER NO. 1 WAS APPROVED AS SUBMITTED BY DRY CREEK ROAD CONTRACTOR OFTEDAL CONSTRUCTION FOR AN ADDITIONAL $1,110 TO REVISE APPROACH, SURFACING AND ESTIMATED QUANTITIES FOR AN APPROACH.

A BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT RIGHT–OF-WAY GRANT WAS APPROVED FOR DRY CREEK ROAD.

A WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY NOTICE OF INTENT TO REQUEST DISCHARGE AUTHORIZATION FOR STORM WATER FROM MINERAL MINING OR INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITIES WAS APPROVED FOR BLACK ROCK QUARRY IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DRY CREEK ROAD PROJECT.

THE BOARD ACCEPTED DOWL’S FEE PROPOSAL SUMMARY FOR WILLOW CREEK ROAD SHOULDER REPAIR PROJECT, NOT TO EXCEED $11,000, WITH FUNDING THROUGH THE 1% INFRASTRUCTURE FUND.

THE BOARD ACCEPTED PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE MANAGER KATHLEEN LAIDLAW’S LETTER OF RESIGNATION EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 20, 2019, WITH REGRET. THEY FURTHER APPROVED SUBMISSION OF A RECRUITMENT REQUEST TO THE STATE TO FILL THE VACANCY.

THERE BEING NO COMMENTS RECEIVED DURING THE 45 DAY COMMENT PERIOD, THE COMMISSIONERS APPROVED THE USES OF TITLE III COUNTY FUNDS AS FOLLOWS: SEARCH & RESCUE $15,000 AND FIRE PREVENTION PROGRAMS $36,306.
