    Fremont County Commissioners note sale of local B&B, award scholarships, and more Tuesday

    Each week that the Fremont County Commissioners meet, we get a bullet-pointed release of items discussed and decisions made from the group.

    At the Tuesday, May 21st meeting Commissioners accepted the recommendation of the audit committee to engage Decoria, Maichel & Teague PS to perform the county’s audit for the next fiscal year.

    The contract between the Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division, and Fremont County Commissioners as the governing body for the Juvenile Treatment Court was approved through 2020.

    The Commissioners also accepted the relinquishment of the Miner’s Delight Inn Bed & Breakfast retail liquor license, as the business has been sold.

    Three County Commissioners scholarships were awarded to students Lydia Hinkle, Kami Bolte, and Tierra Price at $500 per semester.
