Help for Health is celebrating their 10 year anniversary this year since the county vote to build the hospice home. With that, Help for Health is inviting the community and healthcare providers to three very special workshops FREE of CHARGE!
Nationally renowned speaker, Trey Malicoat, specialist in acute trauma and worked at the 2015 Orlando Pulse Shooting, Columbine High School Shooting, and the attacks at the World Trade Center, will be speaking at the Fremont County BOCES round room on three topics:
Thursday, October 19th from 2pm-4pm
GRIEVING: A NEW HEALTHIER APPROACH – If you are ready to stop suffering and finally live again, this workshop will give you tools, training, and practical skills for getting on with life in a powerful and positive way.
Friday, October 20th from 10am-12pm
HOW TO CARE FOR YOURSELF WHEN CARING FOR OTHERS – Exploring the most effective methods for stress reduction and the warning signs when you need a break.
Friday, October 20th from 1pm-3pm
THE SIGNIFICANT CHALLENGE OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL CHANGE – Targeted for individuals, groups, or organizations that have been or are going through a change and the impact it has on life change.
