    Former Wyoming Cowboy Logan Wilson selected by Cincinnati Bengals

    Former University of Wyoming standout linebacker Logan Wilson was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals with pick number 65 in the 3rd round in the 2020 NFL Draft.

    Logan earned All-American honors his senior season and was one of six finalists for the Butkus Award which recognizes the best linebacker in the NCAA. He recorded 421 career tackles, which placed him 4th in UW football history.

    Wilson is a native of Casper, Wyoming and played high school football at Natrona County High School.

    This is the 4th consecutive year a Wyoming Cowboy was selected in the draft. Last year, defensive back Marcus Epps was picked by the Minnesota Vikings in the 6th round. In 2018, quarterback Josh Allen was picked 7th overall by the Buffalo Bills, and in 2017 running back Brian Hill went to the Atlanta Falcons in the 5th round and offensive guard Chase Roullier was picked by the Washington Redskins the 6th round.
