One of the more noticeable changes is the large “For Sale” sign has been taken down from the building’s roof, and a Wind River Internet (WRI) banner hung in front.
WRI plans to turn that location into its customer-facing side of the company, Executive Manager Patrick Lawson said. They are making it easier for customers to stop by the business instead of traveling out to their current location on Gas Hills Road. Moving into this new space also allows them to offer more visual items for customers like demos and examples of the equipment that will be installed in their homes.
They are waiting for approval on a few things before announcing an official opening date but hope to be up and running by the end of the year.
