Former RHS student wins top honors at pyrotechnics guild for stunning fireworks display [VIDEO]

Former Riverton resident and RHS alumni, Kevin Adams, took top honors this week at the 50th annual Pyrotechnics Guild International.

The guild was held in Gillette and featured competitors and pyrotechnicians from all across the world. Adams took first place in the category, “Unlimited Class C Display.” This was Kevin’s 4th time at the PGI, and his 3rd time competing in class C. He had placed second in the competition two years ago.

The theme of his display was based on ‘Alice in Wonderland’ and lasted 5 minutes.
