    Explore creative writing at the Lander Library!

    The Fremont County Library in Lander will be hosting a FREE creative writing workshop for teens. The workshop will be lead by local writer Stefani Farris on Saturday, Nov. 10th from 1:00pm-3:30pm.

    This workshop is open to all 7-12 grade students. Please call the Lander Library at 332-5194 to sign up.

    All writing levels are welcome at this fun and engaging workshop.

    About Stefani: Stefani’s work appears in Zyzzyva, Gray’s Sporting Journal, Epiphany, Passages North, and a number of other journals. Her manuscript of short stories was a semifinalist for the 2018 Journal Non/Fiction Prize, and a finalist for the 2016 Iowa Award for Short Fiction. She’s a two-time resident of the Ucross Foundation, and has won two literature fellowships from the Wyoming Arts Council, as well as the Arts Council’s Doubleday Prize and Blanchan Prize. She’s currently at work on a novel.
