Enzi will also continue membership on other key Senate committees
(Washington, D.C.) – U.S. Senator Mike Enzi, R-Wyo., was re-elected Wednesday by his colleagues as Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee.
Enzi will also continue to serve as a member of the Finance Committee; Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee; and Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee.
“I am honored to return as chair of the Senate Budget Committee as we focus on addressing the debt and overspending challenges facing our country,” Enzi said. “I will continue to lead the charge to fix the broken budget and spending process and focus on oversight efforts to improve the transparency and efficiency of the federal government. And as a member of several other key committees, I am also ready to continue our work on important issues for Wyoming, such as health care, trade, homeland security, government oversight and more.”
