Podiatrist provides specialized foot and ankle care and surgery services in Fremont County.
Fremont County, Wyo. (February 4, 2021) – SageWest Health Care is pleased to announce podiatrist Geoff Kraemer, DPM has joined its staff. Dr. Kraemer is one of several physicians joining SageWest this year growing health care services close to home.

Dr. Kraemer has five years of experience in specialized foot and ankle care treatment and surgeries. He joins SageWest from Banner Medical Group in Worland where he practiced for three years and prior to that from Hutchinson Clinic in Hutchinson, Kan. where he practices for two years. Dr. Kraemer is certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Dr. Kraemer completed his podiatric residency at West Houston Medical Center in Houston, Tex. He earned his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa.
