DEQ Water Quality Division electronic document submission now available

In response to the Governor’s request to minimize person-to-person contact, the DEQ Water Quality Division has set up forms that the public and permittees can use to submit documents (e.g., permit applications, reports, general correspondence) to the Water Quality Division electronically, rather than delivering these documents in person or mailing them in hard copy. An electronic document submittal form has been set up for each Water Quality Division section (Groundwater, WYPDES, Water/Wastewater, and Watershed), or the General Water Quality Division form can be used if the section is unknown.

The Water Quality Division is encouraging the public and permittees to use these electronic document submittal forms rather than hard copy mail to minimize contact and to streamline the WQD’s ability to process incoming documents while some staff are teleworking.

Please note that the Water Quality Division is unable to accept comments on documents in public notice via these forms at this time. Please refer to the public notice for instructions on how to submit comments.
