Dentists Begin Reopening For Non-Emergency Patients

Both in Wyoming and throughout the United States, dentists have been closing their practices to all but emergency patients. With COVID-19 restrictions lifting in many states, dentists are opening their doors to normal patients again. This is still discretionary for each practice, so check with your dentist to make sure they are seeing non-emergency patients before trying to schedule an appointment.

While dentists always maintain fairly strict levels of sanitation and hygiene, many are raising the bar even further by limiting or eliminating waiting rooms, spacing out appointments, and implementing even stricter sanitization protocols. Make sure you familiarize yourself with your dentist’s new procedures before going to your appointment.
