Denise Guy Foss aged 68, passed away on February 10, 2020.
Denise was born October 21, 1951 in Arlington, Virginia to Neal and Mary Guy.
Her father was in the Air Force and after moving around some they settled in Florida where she grew up. After high school she went on to attend the University of Florida and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy in 1973.
She was married to Denyven Foss on October 6,1973. They had two sons, Chad and Brett, and lived in Florida. In 1994 they moved to Lander, Wyoming for her to pursue a career at the Wyoming State Training School. In 2002 Denise and Denyven separated and eventually divorced, but happily remained friends. She retired from WSTS in 2014 to pursue her lifelong dream of traveling and seeing the world. She shared many adventures with friends and family while she traveled.
She is survived by her younger brother Curtis Guy, sons, Chad and Brett Foss and two grandchildren, Owen and Ada Foss.
Memorial arrangements are being handled by the family. The Memorial service will be held at the Lander Community and Convention Center on Sunday, February 23 at 2:00 PM. Please come to celebrate her life with the family and stay for hors d’oeuvres.
