CWC volleyball wraps up pre-season with a couple road wins

Central Wyoming College has sent County 10 a short update on the Central Wyoming College volleyball season thus far:

After struggling for most of the preseason, the Central Wyoming College Volleyball team picked up a couple of wins on the road over the weekend.

The Rustlers fell to Utah State-Eastern in their first match (25-13, 18-25, 14-25, 26-28) at the Colorado Blue Mountain Tournament in Rangely, Colorado.

The Rustlers then lost to Lamar in three sets (21-25, 21-25, 21-25) before bouncing back to defeat Dawson Community College in three sets (25-20, 25-12, 25-13) and the host team Colorado Northwestern in four (25-23, 25-10. 19-25, 27-25).

The Rustlers have the next two weeks off to evaluate the preseason and prepare for conference play.

They will travel to Northwest College on September 21st.
