Since that  time, the Wyoming Department of Health said one Fremont County resident had been diagnosed with the mosquito borne disease, but the location of the person was not disclosed. Health Department officials remind local residents to be mosquito aware and avoid contact with the insects in the early morning and late afternoon by wearing full length pants and long sleeve shirts and/or using mosquito repellant containing Deet whenever going outside.
