While the snow, for the most part, hasn’t been ideal this winter, Lander Lil did see her shadow on the 2nd so we have faith more winter is on the way. 😉

Lander is home to some great winter options in the Wind River Range. The Lander Nordic Ski Association lists the following locations: Lander Golf Course, Beaver Creek Nordic Ski Area, Willow Creek, Loop Road, Dubois area.
Pahaski Ski Trails are maintained by the Park County Nordic Ski Association – 11.8 miles of trails on public land.
Meeteetse Recreation District takes care of the Wood River Valley Ski Touring Park – 25k groomed trails, warming hut, and more.
Pinedale offers some great cross country skiing and you can go on the trails from the south end of Fremont Lake, Kelly Park, or White Pine.
