County’s Liquor License, Malt Beverage Permit Renewals sailed through Tuesday morning
The Fremont County Commissioners approved, without discussion, the renewal of the county’s liquor license renewals and retail malt beverage permit applications Tuesday morning. At the public hearing at 10:30, not one member of the public was in attendance.
Commission clerk Becky Enos reported that the sheriff had no problems with any of the applicants and that all of the applicant’s paperwork was complete. Six of the applicants, however, had not completed the TIPS Training, for those who serve alcohol to customers. She said the TIPS training is not required, but suggested. “A number of these license holders who had not done the training before have now completed it,” she said. The only establishments who had not completed the TIPS training were Brooks Lake Lodge, Lava Mountain Lodge, The Line Shack, the Reseride Roadhouse, the Boysen Marina and Campground and the Lysite Corner Store.
