(Lander, WY) – One of our County 10 reporters happened to be listening to the police scanner at just the right moment, and overheard the tail end of the following message concerning a suspect making their way “westbound into Wyoming” carrying some sort of large bags, and was last seen “taking flight in South Dakota.”
