Congratulations to Racine Estep, Women’s Health Registered Nurse who is Employee of the Month for March at SageWest Health Care.
Racine continues to be a person that we can always be counted on. She picks up additional duties, such as scheduling and maintaining equipment and frequently floats to the Med/Surg department to provide extra support. Racine adjusts her schedule to meet the needs of the department and always manages to “work things out”.
She is a resource for information and always very accurate with her responses. Racine has an excellent rapport with the providers and a calming effect with fellow staff members.
Racine’s outstanding commitment of service at SageWest consists of the thousands of little extra things that Racine does every day just to make things go better for everyone, she is someone that can be trusted to do the right thing when it counts.
